Affiliate programme terms
These terms apply to everyone who applies to Styke as an affiliate or works with us. By applying, you accept them.
Who can join
- You must be at least 18 – or older, if the law in your country requires it.
- Only one account per person is allowed. Accounts may not be shared, sold or passed on.
- Styke reviews every application and may accept or decline it without giving reasons.
Rules for your promotion
- You promote our partner casinos with your personal link. Always be open that it’s about signing up at an online casino and making a deposit.
- Only promote where online gambling and advertising for it are allowed.
- Never aim your promotion at minors, at people with a gambling ban or at people at risk of gambling addiction.
- No spam, no fake reviews, no false promises of winnings and no misleading claims about bonuses.
- Follow the rules of each partner casino. Your manager will tell you about anything specific.
- Only use your own Styke links. Don’t change them or hide where they lead.
Commission
- The CPA commission is paid once for each new player who signs up through your link and meets the casino’s conditions, such as the minimum deposit.
- RevShare is a percentage share of the net revenue the casino reports for your players.
- Your CPA amount depends on your level, which means on how many qualified players you have brought in total. Higher rates agreed with you individually still apply.
- If someone applies through your invite link and is approved (a sub-affiliate), you get an extra share of their commission. Nothing is taken from them for it. Your own second accounts don’t count.
- You can see your rates in your dashboard. Commission is worked out from the figures the casinos report.
- There is no commission for self sign-ups, fake or duplicate accounts, bonus abuse, bought or forced sign-ups or any other kind of fraud. Commission from fraud can be cancelled, and the account can be suspended.
Payouts
- We pay by bank transfer (IBAN) up to a maximum per payout (currently €500), and larger amounts only in crypto (Solana or Litecoin). You add your payout details in your dashboard. You set each method once; after that, only Styke can change it, at your request.
- A minimum amount may apply to payouts. You’ll find it in your dashboard under “Payouts”.
- Payouts may be held while a possible breach of these terms is being reviewed.
- You are responsible for paying tax on your earnings.
Ending the partnership
You can stop at any time. Styke may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or a casino’s rules. Commission you have fairly earned up to then is paid out.
Changes
We may update these terms. We announce important changes in advance in your dashboard or through your manager.
Privacy
Here you can find out what data we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have.
What data we collect
- Application: nickname, email address, phone number and your answers in the form: experience, channels, reach, interests, time and, if you add it, a link to your group or channel.
- Account: the results of your links (clicks, sign-ups, deposits and commission), your manager’s notes, your payout details (IBAN or wallet address) and, if you were invited, who invited you.
- Link clicks: when someone opens an affiliate link, we store a hash made from their IP address and browser – only so that each visitor is counted once. The IP address cannot be recovered from it, and the value is deleted after 30 days.
- Security: when you log in, enter a wrong password or 2FA code, or change your password or email address, we record the time, your IP address and your browser. This protects your account from break-ins.
What we use it for
- To review applications, manage your account and pay out your commission.
- To prevent fraud and keep the programme safe.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Who can see it
- The Styke team, each person only as far as their role requires. Managers see the affiliates they look after.
- Our technical service providers, for example for the database and login, who process data on our behalf.
- Partner casinos receive no personal data about you. Your links only contain your affiliate code.
- If you applied through an invite link: the person who invited you. They only see your nickname, your status, when you joined and what they have earned through you.
- The Styke team gets notifications about activity on the site (for example logins, new applications and payouts) in a private Discord server (Discord Inc., USA). They contain as little personal data as possible – never passwords or payout details.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists, and after that only as long as legal and accounting retention rules require. Security records (logins and failed attempts) are deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Contact your manager or the Styke team. We reply within the legal deadlines.
Cookies and local storage
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. On your device the site only stores what is technically necessary: your login, the language you picked, your progress in the application form, your dashboard settings and a counter that slows down too many failed login attempts. The language you see first is chosen from your device’s time zone; this is checked in your browser only and nothing is sent to us.
Responsible gambling
Gambling should always stay entertainment – it is never a way to make money or solve money problems.
- For people aged 18 and over only.
- Set a budget and a time limit before you play, and stop when you reach them.
- Never chase your losses, and never play with money you need to live on.
- If gambling stops being fun, take a break and use the casinos’ limit and self-exclusion tools.

As an affiliate, you must promote responsibly: never target minors, never put pressure on anyone and never present gambling as a source of income.
